Woodland Retreat
modern living with rustic charm
Sustainable Passive House ADU in New Hampshire
Nestled in the serene woods of New Hampshire, this innovative project entails the construction of an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) designed to Passive House standards.
With a strong focus on sustainability, the design minimizes environmental impact by preserving the natural surroundings, removing only three trees. The ADU will be ingeniously built atop an existing barn foundation, blending modern living spaces with rustic charm. Emphasizing energy efficiency, the home will incorporate advanced technology to maintain ideal thermal comfort while minimizing energy consumption. This harmonious fusion of nature and design creates a tranquil retreat that embodies a commitment to eco-friendly living.
